Dr. Rajendra Lowtan, MD, FASAM
Dr. Rajendra Lowtan is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with 22 years of experience in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. As a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, he has extensive experience in Addiction treatment, with a thorough understanding of the need for comprehensive care and dual diagnosis evaluation for patients in treatment for addiction.
Having completed an Eating Disorder Fellowship at University of Maryland Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Dr. Lowtan served as a Psychiatrist at the Sheppard Pratt Center for Eating Disorders.
Dr. Lowtan is also a diplomate of both the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, and the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He has also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Erika Waynik, CRNP-PMH-BC, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner Erika Waynik is certified as both Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with 7 years’ experience in Child, Adolescent and Adult psychiatry, with a concentration in dual diagnosis.
Erika brings an additional 8 years of nursing experience in Family Practice and Critical Care, having worked at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Infectious Diseases. She also worked at the world-renowned R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD, Multi-trauma critical care. Erika is affiliated with AACN, AANP, NPAM and ANCC.
